Wer wir sind:

Wir haben in Libyen gearbeitet und hatten dort unser Leben und unser Auskommen.

Warum hätten wir dort weggehen sollen? Es ging uns gut. Wir wollten nicht nach Europa.

Aber dann kam der Krieg und durch die NATO-Intervention – angeblich zum „Schutz der Zivilbevölkerung“ – eskalierte die Gewalt. Wir wurden vertrieben und die Libyer zwangen uns, in überfüllten Booten das Mittelmeer zu überqueren. Viele von uns starben. So kamen wir nach Lampedusa.

Trotz unseres Flüchtlingsstatus lebten wir in Italien unter schwersten Bedingungen. Schließlich verlangte Italien von uns, das Land zu verlassen und in andere europäische Länder zu gehen. Aber dort haben wir nirgendwo das Recht zu Arbeiten und haben nichts, wovon wir leben könnten.

Wir sind erschöpft und zermürbt von einer langen unfreiwilligen und grauenhaften Reise. Die EU und die NATO sind für unsere Situation verantwortlich.

Was wir wollen:

Wir wollen eine politische Lösung für unsere Situation. Wir wollen die Anerkennung und Aufenthalt nach § 23.

Who we are:

We lived and worked in Libya, a country in the continent of Africa, which gave us the opportunity to secure our existence.

We never had the intention to come to Europe.

With the intervention of NATO, to „protect the civilians population,“ it said, escalated the war and we lost everything. Many lost their lives. A part of us was sent with overcrowded boats through the Mediterranean Sea to Europe. So we came to Lampedusa. Many died during the crossing.

In Italy we lived under the most difficult conditions until our refugee status was issued to us.Then italy asked us to leave the camp and told us to go to other European countries.

We are now in France, Switzerland, Germany and other European countries without rights and without the option to make our lives.

We are on the street. The European Union and the NATO states are all responsible for our fate.

What we want:

We require a political solution and the recognition under § 23 right of residence.

We ask you for your political and humanitarian support.

Qui sommes-nous:

Nous avons travaillé en Libye où  nous avions nos vies et nos moyens de subsistance.
Pourquoi devions-nous partir ? On allait bien. Nous ne voulions pas aller en Europe.

Et puis vint la guerre et l’intervention de l’OTAN – soi-disant pour «protéger les civils» – entraîna l’escalade de la violence. Nous avons été chassés  et les Libyens nous obligeaient  à traverser la Méditerranée dans des embarcations surchargées. Beaucoup d’entre nous sont morts.  Ainsi  sommes-nous arrivés à Lampedusa.

Malgré notre statut de réfugié, nous avons vécu en Italie sous des conditions très difficiles  Finalement  l’Italie nous a demandé de quitter le pays et d’aller  dans d’autres pays européens.  Mais nous n’avons nulle part le droit de travailler ni de quoi y vivre.

Nous sommes épuisés et fatigués par un long voyage involontaire et horrible. L`EU et l’OTAN sont responsables de notre situation.

Ce que nous voulons:

Nous voulons une solution politique à notre situation. Nous voulons la reconnaissance et le séjour conformément à l’article  23

Biz kimiz:

Libyada çalışıyor, geçimimizi orda sağlıyorduk. Libyadaki yaşamımızı terk etmemiz için bir neden yoktu. Durumumuz gayet iyidi. Avrupaya gelmek istemiyorduk.

Sonra savaş çıktı. NATO’nun müdahalesiyle – sözde sivil halkı korumak istiyordu – ülkede büyük koptu.

Bizi ülkeden göçmeye zorladılar ve Libyalılar bizleri sandallara doldurup

akdenize sürdüler. Çoğumuz öldü. Böylece Lampedusa’ya vardık. Resmi mülteci statümüzün olmasına rağmen çok ağır şartlarda

yaşadık İtalyada.

Nihayetinde Italya ülkeyi terketmemizi ve başka avrupa ülkelere gitmemizi istedi.

Fakat başka avrupa ülkelerinde çalışma müsademiz yok ve yaşamımızı sürdürebilmemiz için maddi kaynağımız da yok.

Yorgunuz. Moralimiz isteğimiz dışında gelişen bu ağır ve zor göçten çok bozuk. Avrupa Topluluğu ve NATO bizim bu durumumuzdan sorumlu!

Ne istiyoruz:

Bizim durumumzda olanlar için siyasi bir çözüm istiyoruz!

Mülteci statümüzün tanınmasını ve 23. maddeye göre oturum istiyoruz!

Siyasi ve ınsani desteğinizi rica ediyoruz!
